Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sparq, we want to ensure you have a transparent experience when purchasing virtual currency and membership items on our platform.
1. General Refund Terms
Since coins and VIP membership upgrades are instantly provisioned digital goods and consumable virtual services, all transactions are generally **non-refundable** once completed. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partially used coins or expired VIP memberships.
2. Transaction Issues & Missing Coins
If you made a payment but did not receive your coins, or if you were charged multiple times for a single purchase due to a billing issue:
- Please contact our support team at **sparqsupport@gmail.com** within **48 hours** of the transaction.
- Include your payment transaction ID, purchase receipt, registered email address, and username.
- Once verified, we will either manually credit the virtual coins to your profile or initiate a refund through our payment processor (typically takes 5–7 business days to credit back to your payment method).
3. Subscriptions & Cancellation
If you purchased a subscription rank (e.g. VIP Monthly or VIP Annual):
- You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your Profile Dashboard under billing options.
- Upon cancellation, your VIP status and all associated premium privileges will remain active until the end of your current pre-paid billing cycle. No renewal charges will be made.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for cancellations made mid-billing cycle.
4. Terminated Accounts
If your account is suspended or permanently terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (including harassment, bot usage, or sending inappropriate content):
- You will forfeit all remaining coins and active VIP status associated with your account.
- Sparq is under no obligation to refund any virtual currencies or unused subscription periods for banned accounts.
